All fabricated parts are standardized and accurately machined for true alignment, increasing overall durability. Precision balancing of all rotating components provides mechanical dependability, reliable operation and minimal maintenance. Impellers are constructed with double inlets that practically eliminate end thrust while boosting operating efficiency.
The simple, split case design of these pumps allows for in-line service without disturbing piping while ensuring long, efficient unit life, reduced maintenance costs and minimal power consumption.
Whether your fire pump application requires an electric motor, a diesel engine or horizontal orientation, these industry-approved pumps can be configured to meet your specific needs.
The most common split case pump is a single-stage, between bearing, non-self-priming centrifugal volute pump. The design of the pump allows for easy removal of the pump’s top casing to enable easy access to the pump’s components without interfering with the motor or the piping system.
The independent bearing casing allows for easy maintenance without the need for removing the pump’s top casing. The pump’s double volute design minimizes the radial load on the shaft, increasing component life and reducing vibrations to provide a quiet operation.
The split case pump is available in various designs and manufactured from different materials to suit a wide range of applications. Major components in the pump such as, impellers, casings, wear rings, and shafts can be offered by manufacturers in various materials to suit the fluid hat is being pumped and the site environment conditions.
The pump also comes in a variety of configurations and designs including horizontal, vertical, vertical open shaft and close coupled configurations; with counter clockwise or clockwise rotation design options.

First-Class international technical standards
NM Fire is the first member of NFPA from Chinese pump manufacturers .
The production of fire pump groups is strictly in accordance with NFPA20, production process and performance testing also meet the requirement of ISO9001, some kinds of products have got APSAD(France), UL , FM and CCCF certificates.
We are the only enterprise in China that obtained not only UL and FM certificates, but CCCF as well, also the first company in the world who was authorized by UL CCIC as witness testing center for both fire pumps and fire fighting engines.
The Split Case Fire Pump is designed to provide water to stand pipe, sprinkler, chemical mitigation and hydrant systems for fire supression in industrial and commercial facilities.
