A: We are the official Wuhan Office of CNP NM FIRE (authorized in writing by NM FIRE), specializing in the export of NMFIRE fire pump products and one-stop solution services for global emerging markets. A: All NMFIRE UL/FM certified products we supply are 100% genuine, with complete official certification documents (UL/FM, NFPA20 compliant). We are the authorized partner of NMFIRE, and we never supply counterfeit products

A: We supply the full range of NMFIRE fire pumps (flow 50-8000GPM, head 40-616PSI), including split case, end suction, vertical turbine, and in-line fire pumps. We also provide cost-effective non-certified customized pumps for general projects.

A: Yes. We provide customization services: parameter customization (flow/head/voltage), material customization (cast iron/bronze/stainless steel 304/316/SS2205), and structure customization (skid-mounted/containerized) to adapt to your project conditions.
Q6: What drive types are available?
A: We offer electric drive, diesel drive, and dual drive options. NMFIRE diesel engines are UL/FM certified (39~1207HP), with strong adaptability to harsh working conditions.
Q7: Which markets can you serve?
A: We focus on emerging markets: Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Pacific Islands.
Q8: What is the lead time for orders?
A: For UL/FM certified pumps: 45~75 working days. For non-certified customized pumps: 15-25 working days. We will adjust the delivery time according to your project urgency.
Q9: Can you provide customs clearance support?
A: Yes. We provide customized customs clearance documents (ACD/ENS/CTN/CO/FORM A, etc.) for different markets, and optimize moisture-proof/shock-proof packaging for long-distance transportation.
Q10: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept flexible payment terms including T/T, L/C,CAD and also support Advance Payment Guarantee and Performance Guarantee for large-scale projects.
Q11: What is the warranty period?
A: For NMFIRE certified pumps have a official warranty (from NMFIRE): 18 Months after shipping date or 12 months after the date of commissioning at the first user. whichever occurs first. For non-certified pumps also have a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects. We provide lifelong technical consultation.
Q12: Do you provide after-sales technical support?
A: Yes. We have a 24-hour online technical support team (WhatsApp/Email/Video call) to solve installation, commissioning, and operation problems. For key projects, we can arrange on-site commissioning and training.
Q13: What should I do if there is a product quality problem?
A: Please contact us immediately with photos/videos of the problem. We will coordinate with technical team to provide a solution (replacement, repair, or compensation) within 48 hours.
