Fire  is the subsidiary of Nanfang Zhongjin Environment Co.,Ltd, which islocated in Hunan Changsha

Economic and Technological Development Zone, mainly produceand sell Diesel engine &Motor fire pump

groups ,controllers and fire pumps which are in accordance with domestic & international standards and have

gotten related certifications .

With the help of multi-national engineers with more than 20 years of professional experience, the NMFIRE

technical team fully understands the technical requirements of fire fighting systems. They have overcome

difficulties, conquered technical aspects, created China's first in this industry and opened up a new market

for China's fire fighting research andtechnology.

development of these two critical products has put an end to the long history in the domestic marketplace of taking

non-certified ordinary water pumps and diesel engines and using them in life safety applications. This has also completely

changed the domestic technology level of this industry and has allowed NM FIRE to lead the market

CNP NM Fire Fighting System Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to NM FIRE),  the subsidiary of CNP (Nanfang

Zhongjin Environment Co., Ltd) is currently the first domestic pump enterprise which have got UL, FM

(America) and CCCF (China) certificates. 

NM Fire is the first member of NFPA from Chinese pump manufacturers.jointly built ‘Fire Pump Technology

Training Center’ together with Domestic Fire Protection Association and Overseas Certificate Authority for

further utilizing global advanced fire pump technology and changing backward situation of fire pump field.
The training center is currently being built. NM Fire specially completed a standard package system for the

training center in accordance with NFPA20, which can be used for on-the spot teaching and practical operation

training.

UL is short for laboratory of American underwriters,which is a kind of certificate regarding security identify.

UL（Underwrites Laboratories Inc.）

It is one of the biggest non-governmental institution which works for security test and identify ,it is an independent

third-party testing institution and also is the professional unprofitable institution for public secuirty test.

3. What is FM Approved?

FM(Factory Mutual) is the global No.1 industrial and commercial property insurance company.  FM(Factory Mutual)

The certificate of FM Approvals is gernerally admitted all over the world,which makes clear that the product or service

has passed the test of American or international standards.

4. What is the meaning of UL/FM?

Notice “/ ” means “or” → UL or FM:

Project can be UL-listed or FM-approved, one of them is OK.

FM certification is higher than UL certification,

if it is a project insured by FM, every main products,

like pump, diesel engine, controller and etc. must be got FM certification;

So, the price & quality requirement of FM-approved projects is reasonably higher than

the price & quality requirement of UL-listed projects.

5. What is NFPA 20 ?

NFPA( National Fire Protection Association ), which mainly lay down Fire codes,standards,operating instructions,manuals

and guidelines etc.   NFPA20 is a specialized standard for the designation and installation of fire pump groups.

6. Why NMFIRE pump BHP is smaller?

A：Best Hydraulic design

The Max. BHP point of new generation SCF pump is mostly near the maximum efficiency point (near the 150% of Rated

Flow point), while the Max. BHP of our competitors are mostly at 160% to 170% of Rated Flow. So their matching power

is mostly higher than ours.
