Fire  is the subsidiary of Nanfang Zhongjin Environment Co.,Ltd, which islocated in Hunan Changsha

Economic and Technological Development Zone, mainly produceand sell Diesel engine &Motor fire pump

groups ,controllers and fire pumps which are in accordance with domestic & international standards and have

gotten related certifications .

With the help of multi-national engineers with more than 20 years of professional experience, the NMFIRE

technical team fully understands the technical requirements of fire fighting systems. They have overcome

difficulties, conquered technical aspects, created China's first in this industry and opened up a new market

for China's fire fighting research andtechnology.

CNP NM Fire Fighting System Co., Ltd (Hereinafter referred to NM FIRE),  the subsidiary of CNP (Nanfang

Zhongjin Environment Co., Ltd) is currently the first domestic pump enterprise which have got UL, FM

(America) and CCCF (China) certificates. 

NM Fire is the first member of NFPA from Chinese pump manufacturers.jointly built ‘Fire Pump Technology

Training Center’ together with Domestic Fire Protection Association and Overseas Certificate Authority for

further utilizing global advanced fire pump technology and changing backward situation of fire pump field.
The training center is currently being built. NM Fire specially completed a standard package system for the

training center in accordance with NFPA20, which can be used for on-the spot teaching and practical operation

training.

2.  What's the price of your products？

    The price depends on the quantity and specific requirements.

3.  What kind of guarantee or after-sales service can you provide?

     Start-up&Commissioning:  (optional) 

     300 USD/DAY (8 hours/ day of start-up &commissioning work on site, excluding engineer's travel expense,accommodation,etc.)

     Warranty :   

     18 Months after shipping date or 12 months after the date of commissioning at the first user. whichever occurs first.

4. What is the meaning of UL/FM?

Notice “/ ” means “or” → UL or FM:

Project can be UL-listed or FM-approved, one of them is OK.

FM certification is higher than UL certification,

if it is a project insured by FM, every main products,

like pump, diesel engine, controller and etc. must be got FM certification;

5. What is the MOQ of your pump products?

Each order MOQ is 1 pc.

6. What is the order payment term option?

-Any order valued under $1000 must be 100% prepaid
-D/A and O/A will not be accepted
- Any order valued over USD 1000: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
- Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most businesses.

7. Can I get samples?

No, we don't provide samples

8. Do you accept small orders for wholesale?

Yes, we support small quantity purchase and sample order.  Each order MOQ is 1 piece.

9. How do you ship the goods?

By sea or by air.  We are in the centra of China and can export from any port of China.  

Mostly from Shenzhen, Guangzhou , Shanghai or Ningbo port.

10. Can you provide customized service?

We have our own R&D team and manufacturing team, which can customize pumping solutions for you.

11. What is the order delivery time?

After confirming the needs and orders, we will manufacture and ship for you as soon as possible.
The delivery time of our order depends on the type of pump, the material used .
The delivery time is calculated from the date of receipt of L/C or advance payment. Normally it takes 1-3

months in peak season and 1 month in low season. 

12. Can I visit your factory?

It is no doubt that you can come to our factory for a visit. You can contact our sales team in advance to help you

arrange related trips.
