Advanced R&D Technology:Adopt CFD computational fluid dynamics and 3D printing technology, repeatedly optimize the hydraulic model, develop enhanced hydraulic models with ultra-low BHP (the maximum BHP point is near 140% of the rated flow, lower than the industry average of 160-170%), greatly reducing the matching power and project cost of the pump set.
Top R&D & Testing Equipment:Own UL/FM witness testing laboratory with 5000kW pump testing bench, 8000m³ test pool, diesel engine testing bench, and a full set of material testing equipment (X-ray detector, three-coordinate measuring instrument, dynamic balancing tester, etc.). All products pass 1-level precision testing according to ISO9906-1999, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of performance parameters.
Standard & Patent Research:Participate in the formulation of national fire pump industry standards, have a number of independent research and development patents for hydraulic models and structural design, and the products fully comply with UL448, UL1247, FM1311, FM1333 and NFPA20 international standards.
Continuous Technical Iteration:Combined with the actual application of global fire protection projects, the R&D team continuously iterates product performance, such as optimizing the cavitation performance of pumps, improving the adaptability of diesel engines to harsh working conditions, and developing seawater anti-corrosion pump sets for offshore and island projects.
