Importance of the Impellers
NMFIRE has some single stage horizontal pumps for high buildings, the rated flow are less than 1500gpm but the pressure reach more than 200m.
Compared with 2 stages pumps, these single stage pumps could help customers reduce a lot of cost. However，their impellers are very difficult to casting as the impeller flow channels are very narrow even we use wax casting technique.
We need to check the inside of the impellers very carefully because even a smaller sand inclusion inside the channels will bring big trouble for the pump’s performance.
