UL / NFPA20 Skid Mounted Fire Pump With Centrifugal End Suction Fire Pump Sets On 500GPM @ 130PSI
NM Fire packages are designed to provide trouble free operation, meet or exceed design conditions, and take up as little floor space as possible while still allowing easy access to valves, controllers, meters, etc. We use only time-tested quality components, all of which carry UL/FM listings. Fittings, piping sections, and frame members are powder coated to ensure long service life.
Our NFPA-20 compliant packaged fire pump systems take the hassle out of your installation. There is no need to track down, order, store, or transport hundreds of individual components. All an installing contractor has to do is connect the suction and discharge and provide power to the controllers.
FM Approved fire pump packages are produced using components that have been subjected to rigorous tests to ensure that they will perform when called upon during each certification program. Pump tests map the pump flow versus discharge head characteristics across the entire range of flows; suction lift tests evaluate the pump’s ability to perform in less than perfect water supply conditions; and hydrostatic pressure testing performed to assure the pump casings can withstand fire sprinkler system pressures.
Diesel engine/electric motor driver tests evaluate the performance of the engine/motor under extremely harsh test conditions, and also the engine/motor ability to communicate with the fire pump controller. This approach allows for reliable service from this highly important piece of machinery.
The third main component of the fire pump package is the fire pump controller. FM Approvals’ requirements for these products have been developed to evaluate these complex devices under severe conditions in order to provide the fire pump package with a reliable device standing ready to act if the need arises. FM Approvals’ requirements have also addressed the mix-and-match capability between diesel engines and controllers of years ago with a standardized terminal strip so that communication across devices is much easier to establish and maintain.
FM Approvals will audit the facilities of each manufacturer of the entire fire pump system, ensuring adherence to our stringent standards and production to the highest level of quality and reliability on an ongoing basis. FM Approvals also monitors any performance issues reported from the field and assists the user in obtaining prompt, corrective actions.

UL certification represents the world's highest technical standards of fire certification, but also means that certified fire products must withstand the most extreme, harsh test process, the purpose of certification designed to verify whether the product meets the performance, safety and quality requirements,so as to achieve the purpose of property protection.
NM fire obtained fire diesel engine UL1247 and fire pump UL448 witnessed laboratory accreditation, fully proved that the company in terms of hardware and software strength, are to meet the strict requirements of UL certification.
We are the first member of NFPA among Chinese pump manufacturers. The production of our fire pump groups is strictly in accordance with NFPA20.
We are the first manufacturer in the world who have both UL/FM certification for fire pump and the fire-fighting diesel engine, also the only UL Witness laboratory in Asia for fire-fighting pump and fire-fighting diesel engine.
